As the proverb says…

If I am strong it is because I have been weak.

If I seem brave it is because I have been afraid.

If I seem wise it is because I was wrong many times.

Look at my light, because that light is the reflection of you.

Look at my shadow because that shadow is the projection of your necessary changes.

Having a fullfilling life is something that only depends on you

Every day I meet people who live running from one place to another, wanting to get everywhere, to do everything, to get things fast, wanting to live and achieve perfection and self-demand that only exists in their mind. Unable to stop, to feel and listen to themselves, who live automatically without reflecting or questioning anything about their life.

They wait so long that they come to the brink of collapse, they break because they haven’t given themselves the attention they needed. They have not allowed themselves to let go, to renew themselves in order to continue walking.

But many times they do not have the tools and resources to do it, they do not know how to do it or they are tired of struggling with life alone.

If you resonate with this and want to start living a more expansive life, in peace and plenitude. My mission is for you to achieve this by connecting with your authenticity, remembering who you are and so living with purpose.

What they say about me

They tell you their experience and how yoga expanded them and filled their lives with benefits.

Hello, my name is Marina and yoga took me to the depths of my soul

From a very young age, my father sparked in me a love for diverse sports, creating a pathway to joy, creativity, and self-discovery. As time progressed, my passion for physical activity seamlessly integrated into my daily routine. Intrigued by the evolution and health of the human body, this passion steered me towards a career in nursing.

Navigating the realm of nursing exposed me to countless patient interactions, nurturing in me a deep well of compassion to guide them through their pain and struggles thought their body and mind.

However, my current aspiration transcends the traditional role of a nurse.

Today, I have an intentional mission to extend my service through preventive medicine, assisting individuals in a profound connection with their bodies, employing practices like yoga.

My yoga sessions are designed to connect people with their conscious breathing by playing with the fluency of movement. Firmly believing in the transformative power of consistent and humble practice, and the power of keeping the mind focused.

The aim is to achieve a fluid practice by combining the mobility, strength and flexibility that yoga brings. The physical practice is complemented with brief meditations at the beginning of each meeting and final relaxation.

Nevertheless I couldn't feel more incomplete

I started practicing yoga like just another sport, but I realized that it had a very different impact from other sports that I had tried before, it connected me with parts of my being that I was not even aware of, yoga came at the perfect and exact moment in which I opened myself fully to receive it and integrate it into my life.

Yoga took me to the depths of my soul at a time in my life when I began to question everything around me since I felt that I had everything that is associated with success: a good job, a nice house, a stable salary, travels…

However, I couldn’t feel more incomplete, I felt great unhappiness and emptiness inside of me and the worst: I didn’t feel entitled to feel that way. My being was crying out to be heard, it pushed me to wake up, to reconnect with my being, to feel everything and it was that feeling that brought me to YOGA.

Yoga came to me and I began to practice it on my own and without realizing it, became a sacred space, a routine in my life, which allows me to recognize myself again, and be faithful to my soul, guiding me on my own path, without never forget that at the end of the day I practice to live more present, making conscious decisions connected to my being and as a tool to go through this journey called life.

Over time, I recognize something inside of me..

So I bet on what was really moving inside me and I decided to take the step forward and go to India to train as a yoga teacher.

I teach Vinyasa and Yin yoga; and I like to practice and adapt my personal practices to the needs of my body.

My classes are demanding and dynamic. I firmly believe in the transformation of the body-mind through constant and humble practice.

Certified by the Yoga Alliance YTT200H in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga Yoga, along with 50H in Yin yoga, my journey has taken me to diverse locations, shaping my teaching style through the influence of various practices from Spain, the UK, Australia, India, Bali, and beyond.

I am massage therapist of Balinese and Swedish massage, Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Nurse.

In addition I have training in MBRS (mindfulness-based stress reduction) and assistance of Vipassana meditation.

I have always believed that everything happens for a reason, and some things lead you to others, but I never imagined where I am now and because telling it is not the same as living it, I invite you to live it. Don’t believe anything I tell you and dare to experience it for yourself.

MY MISSION

May you connect with your authenticity, remember who you are and live a life with purpose.

Today, yoga I can say that it has transformed me and continues to do so and will continue to do so, it has structured my life, it has managed to connect with the authenticity of my being and created a connection with myself, with my purpose and my values.

Living a life more in peace and harmony, not perfect.
Giving me tools to know myself and remember who I really am; without rejecting anything that I am, but accepting that everything fits into my being.

My goal is that yoga also begins to be part of your routine and you feel the benefits that it can give you.
