Hello, my name is Marina and I have also been to that point where you are now.

I have always been a very active person and in continuous contact with sports and a healthy lifestyle.

From a very young age, I began to practice sports at school. The moment that I really enjoyed was when I connected with myself without knowing it.

It has always made me feel good and has given me the opportunity to get to know myself better and better.

Over the years my interest in exercise increased and my interest in trying different sports continued to grow. I’ve always been challenging myself and trying to get the best version of myself, and that is… who doesn’t like to improve themselves?

At the age of 17 I started running, running like crazy. Since then, you will continue to see me run and complement it with other disciplines.

I graduated as a nurse and when I finished my studies I decided to move to England where I currently live.

At that time I had everything that is associated with success: a good job, a nice house, a good and stable salary, travel…

Nevertheless I couldn't feel more incomplete

I felt great unhappiness and emptiness inside of me and the worst: I didn’t feel entitled to feel that way. My being was calling me, it was making me wake up, feel that way to do something about it and it was that feeling that led me to Yoga.

Yoga came to me and I began to practice it on my own and without realizing it, it opened the door that I was looking for so much. Yoga brought a lot of balance and peace to my mind.

Over time, something woke up in me...

…and I am one of those who thinks that you have to be honest towards yourself and follow your own instincts by reading your emotions.

So I bet on what was really moving inside me and I decided to take the step forward and go to India to train as a yoga teacher.

Currently I have also trained as a Certified Personal Trainer (CFT) and I continue to train in coaching and personal development, nutrition and natural therapies, in addition I am promoting respect for the ecosystem and the environment, implementing it as a lifestyle and establishing conscious and ecological consumption by the reach of my hands.

I have always believed that everything happens for a reason, and some things lead you to others, but I never imagined where I am now and because telling it is not the same as living it, I invite you to experience it yourself.

Today I can say that yoga has transformed me and continues to do so, it has structured my life, it has made me feel in connection with myself, with my purpose and my values.
